There is a regular programme of daily meditations at the Osho Resort in Pune, India. The daily programme mirrors to some extent what happened whilst Osho was alive. The day begins at 6.00am with dynamic, and the day includes the whirling, vipassana, Nataraj and Kundalini meditation finishing in the evening with high energy dance followed by a silent sitting. Both Croydon Hall community and Osho Leela commune run ongoing sannyas community experience programmes where one can simply go and work and meditate in a community for one or two weeks to try it out. It costs, but may prove a valuable experience.
